Al Wakra is the closest city in the south of Doha.
The best way to enjoy this spot is to go at low tide and N, or NE wind, or S or SE wind. In this configuration you will be able ti ride between sand benches, that make a secure shallow place to learn and to improve kiteboarding.
To reach the spot from Doha you must take the road going to the Sealine resort, or airport road Al Matar street, or if you are coming from Al Corniche you can take Ras abu Abud street passing in front of the Sharq Village. When you reached the roundabout crossing Al matar street and Ras Abu Abud street, take south direction of Al Wakra. Go straight until the next roundbout (4km). Turn left, go straight until the next roundabout and turn right.
Go straight until you will reach a T junction. Turn left.
At the end of this road you will be on the beach.
